The ESMA Museum and Site of Memory – Former Clandestine Center of Detention, Torture and Extermination has an Advisory Board formed by members of the Board of Human Rights Organizations of the Public Entity Area for Memory and the Promotion and Defence of Human Rights.
The Board’s responsiblities include: participating in the elaboration of the Annual Plan of museum activities; engaging in the selection of contents to be exhibited in the Permanent Exhibition, temporary exhibitions and other Museum activities; participating in national and international relations on subjects relevant to the Museum; and stating non-binding positions on appointment nominations for the position of Executive Director or Directors of the ESMA Museum and Site of Memory – Former Clandestine Center of Detention, Torture and Extermination, enacted by the Secretary of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, in accordance with Article #4 of the present document.
